To enable the www. prefix for your site, go to the Control Panel, and under the Domain Administrator section of your domain, enable the checkbox www and accept the change.
If this doesn't solve the problem, it might be a common problem with Plesk. To get this working you just have to suspend and unsuspend the domain.
