Shared hosting accounts share an IP, so it's not possible to access a specific site via the IP. However, you may access your site using the temporary URL as follows:

 

http://domain.com.preview-sg112.servergrove.com/

 

 

Replace sg112 with whatever server you are on. A link to your temp URL is also included in your welcome email which you receive when you sign up.
